For work at home jobs, focus on their “Remote Careers” page. You can filter results based on job category, city, or business category. With Amazon frequently adding roles, be sure to check this page often.
Carefully check the list of requirements and expectations before applying. Some roles will require a pre-employment assessment, the passing of a criminal background check, or on-site training.
Qualifications for Amazon work from home customer service and other jobs
With Amazon work from home jobs being entirely remote, the most important qualification is having a solid “work-like” environment at home. Candidates must have access to,

- A dedicated landline with an 800 number enabled
- A quiet place to work
All candidates must also have,
- A strong command of the English language
